CANCELLATION POLICY

✨Cancellation fewer than 24 Hours from appointment start time will incur a fee totaling 100% of scheduled service. ✨Illness-related cancellations fall under Yeehaw Claws cancellation & reschedule policy. When cancelling with fewer than 24 hours notice, reach out and we will get you rescheduled and organize a reschedule fee totaling 50% of your service. This protects my business and allows me to continue working as a small business owner. If you arrive to your appointment sick, I will send you home and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. ✨ Clients who are 15+ minutes late will likely be asked to reschedule as it impacts other clients appointment timing.
